At Eduverse International School, our admission process is designed to be straightforward and transparent, ensuring that prospective students and their families have a smooth and efficient experience. We are committed to admitting students who demonstrate academic potential, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to being responsible global citizens.

Admission Process

Step 1 Inquiry & Information

Prospective families are encouraged to visit our website, follow our Facebook Page, or attend our webinarsto learn more about our school, curriculum, and the application process.

Step 2 Application Submission

Families must complete and submit an online application form, which includes providing personal and demographic information, as well as details about the student’s educational background and any relevant special needs or accommodations.

Step 3 Required Documents

– Copy of the student’s passport and/or national ID card
– Copy of the student’s birth certificate
– Recent passport-sized photograph
– Copies of the student’s academic records and transcripts from the previous two years
– Any relevant standardized test scores or assessment results

Step 4 Assessment &Interview

Once the application and required documents have been submitted, the student may be invited to participate in an entrance assessment and/or interview. The assessment may include tests in Englishandmath, while the interview will focus on the student’s motivation, interests, and overall fit with our school community. Families will be notified of the outcome within 3 working days after the interview.

Step 5 Enrollment

If a student is offered admission, the family will need to complete the enrollment process by signing the enrollment agreementand submitting theoriginal documents requested by the school. Upon submission of the original documents, our office will handle the official and governmental registration of the student at one of our partner schools. This usually takes two weeks, and once done, 50% of the annual fees must be paid.

Our tuition fees are structured according to grade levels, ensuring that families have a clear understanding of the costs associated with their child’s education

Tuition Fees for 2023-2024 Academic Year:

As this will be our first batch, we are offering a 15% lifetime discount for all students registering until 1 August 2023. Parents can receive a supplementary 5% discount if they choose to pay the full tuition fees upfront.

Admission Requirements

Age Requirements

Students must meet the minimum age requirements for their grade level at the time of application.

Academic Requirements

Students should have a strong academic background and demonstrate the ability to succeed in our rigorous American curriculum. Previous academic recordsandstandardized test scores will be considered during the evaluation process.

English Language Proficiency

Since the language of instruction at Eduverse International Schoolis English, students must demonstrate an appropriate level of English language proficiency. This may be assessed through the entrance examination, interviews, or previous academic records.
